♡ Notes ♡:

୨୧ i didn't merge any swatches so that you can pick-and-choose the recolors you want. i recommend using the 'CCMerger' program to merge the recolors you want to keep everything together and orderly.

୨୧ i used pforestsims' shine removal kit to remove any shininess from the object(s)

୨୧ also i recommend using the cheat 'boolprop snapobjectstogrid false' for better object placement flexibility (turn off when placing wall objects, though (use 'true' at the end instead of 'false))

୨୧ everything has been compressed using 'The Compressorizer!'

୨୧ because i had to reduce the high polycount, there are some minor visual issues

୨୧ i reduced texture size for better performance
